Bruce Houlder lives in Mortlake,and is a retired QC, former Director of Service Prosecutions, and a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London. He mostly paints watercolours for fun, and is more than happy when any one wishes to buy one. He likes strong colour and experimenting with the power of this beautiful and translucent medium.
